Think 3D University
Think 3D University is a program that guides cohorts of 20-25 people through a process of learning and growth together. It incorporates online learning, live video calls, fieldwork and observation assignments both at work and at home, as well as access to facilitators who developed the program, and a community of like-minded graduates who have experienced the same growth.
The program is designed to develop and train confident and intentional leaders.
This is done through developing all three dimensions of growth, personal, professional and potential, and training all three pillars of successful leadership: people, skills, and accountability.
This experience will challenge you, develop you, train you, require you to grow, require you to lead, and require that you and your fellow attendees encourage and support each other at every step of the way.
You will leave this program with a new found understanding of what it means to lead, and more importantly, who you are as a leader, what you are capable of, and tangible skills to take back to your place of work, your home, and your community.

Cohort Details
Cohorts are 16 weeks - this varies depending on the size of the cohort and the make-up of it's attendees current role and skill-levels.
Classes are 90 minutes, and primarily held via Zoom.
Coursework and fieldwork are assigned weekly, or bi-weekly - depending on the assigned schedule for each cohort.
The first, and last session for each cohort, we will attempt to gather learners in-person, and invite any remote learners to make the trip once a year for our annual Think 3D University gathering. (Starting Fall, 2024).
Learner Expectations
Learners are expected to complete the assigned courses, and any related field work by the agreed upon timeline.
We value an environment where growth, challenge, support, kindness, and candor are the norm, and we will not hesitate to remove a learner from the program if they are unable to contribute to, or support that type of environment.
Learners must meet the minimum attendance for class sessions, and complete all coursework and fieldwork in order to be considered a graduate of the program.
While we have an understanding that life happens, when a graduate cannot make the class schedule work for them, or something changes at work or at home that makes it difficult, we offer every learner the chance to defer their attendance and re-join the next available cohort.
12 Week Cohorts Require: 10 Classes Attended (2 Absences)
16 Week Cohorts Require: 13 Classes Attended (3 Absences)
Upcoming Cohorts and Programs
T3DU Open Enrollment Cohorts run 10-12 times a year.
